Zumtobel Group AG in Dornbirn invites an intern (m/f/d) to join our Employer Branding & Transformation team. You will help strengthen our employer brand and participate in transformation initiatives across the organization, gaining hands-on experience in branding, change management and internal communications.

You will contribute to university partnerships, onboarding programs and candidate experience while supporting global and local employer branding activities.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in or have completed a degree in HR or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Employer Branding projects and document activities internationally.
• Support event planning and recruitment branding initiatives.
• Contribute to university marketing and partnerships.
• Assist in onboarding and candidate/employee experience programs.
• Draft internal communications and support change management tasks.
• Consolidate data, prepare reports and presentations.

Conocimientos

Communication in German & English

MS Office proficiency

Driving Licence (Category B)

Educación

Degree in Human Resources or related field
