Zusammenfassung

Erste Group in Wien sucht eine/ einen Praktikant/in im Employer Branding, der/die Inhalte für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle erstellt – Schwerpunkt LinkedIn – und Storytelling mit visuellem Anspruch verbindet. Sie analysieren KPIs, arbeiten eng mit Recruiting zusammen und pflegen unsere Präsenz auf Karriereplattformen wie Kununu.

Voraussetzung: Studium der Kommunikations-, Marketing- oder HR-Fächer; starkes Interesse an KI-Tools, Deutsch und Englisch fließend; PowerPoint/Excel-Kenntnisse; flexible,

Qualifikationen

• Derzeit Studium in Kommunikations-, Marketing-, HR- oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Starkes Interesse an KI-Tools und digitalen Trends.
• Leidenschaft für Social Media, Schreiben und visuelles Design.
• Sehr gute PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse, strukturierte Präsentationsgestaltung.
• Analytische Denkweise mit Fokus auf Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs).
• Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Flexibilität.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Content für Social Media, Schwerpunkt LinkedIn.
• KPIs analysieren und Optimierungsstrategien ableiten.
• Prozesse visuell darstellen, für Präsentationen, Social Media und interne Kommunikation.
• Auf Kununu Präsenz pflegen und aktuell halten.
• Kooperation mit Recruiting und Personalmarketing; Cross-Functional-Teams stärken.
• Beiträge zu employer branding Projekten leisten; Fokus auf Candidate Experience.
• Operative und administrative Aufgaben des Teams unterstützen.

As part of our Employer Branding Team, you'll help shape that experience, internally and externally, across channels and touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently developing content for our social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, this involves a holistic approach to text, storytelling, and visual execution
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and collaborating with the team to identify optimization strategies
• Creatively visualize processes, figures and content in a clear, engaging and brand-aligned way (for presentations, social media and internal communication)
• Maintain and further develop our presence on career platforms such as kununu, ensuring consistency, relevance and up to date content
• Active collaboration in recruiting projects and close cooperation with the recruiting team, strengthening cross functional teamwork
• Collaborate on target group specific HR communication across various channels (internal & external)
• Active input into ongoing employer branding projects, always with a focus on the candidate experience
• Support the team with operational and administrative tasks and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

Your Background:

• Currently studying communication, marketing, HR or related field
• Strong interest in AI tools and digital trends
• Passion for social media, writing, and visual design
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a focus on structured presentation design, storytelling, basic data analysis and KPI based reporting
• Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics
• Structured and self-organized work style, flexible attitude
• Strong German and English language skills
