Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Global Development Specialist (Major Donors) to lead fundraising across grants and international donors, building partnerships and a strong pipeline of large-scale grants. The role requires global collaboration with Impact Hub makers and partners, and WF partnerships across Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of fundraising experience with successful proposals worth €1m or more.
• Direct experience in the international social enterprise/innovation sector.
• Experience working for an international network (2+ years, desirable).
• Fluent in English and another major language (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese).
• Strong donor relationship-building and networking skills.
• Able to collaborate across multidisciplinary, distributed teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy focused on grants and international donors.
• Convert program ideas into fundable programmes in collaboration with partners.
• Maintain regular contact with Makers to align plans and provide feedback.
• Support proposals, meetings and negotiations with external organisations.
• Ensure programs meet funder requirements and impact needs.
• Improve systems and processes for programme development and admin.
