FOUR PAWS Austria is seeking a dedicated fundraising professional to lead our Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor and Legacy segments. You will shape Leadership Giving strategies, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate across the DACH region to amplify impact for animal welfare.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive donor acquisition and retention, and represent the organization at partner events. A passion for animal welfare and fluent German and strong English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in fundraising, ideally in major gifts or leadership giving.
• Fluency in German and strong English language skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to FOUR PAWS' mission.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the team of Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor and Legacy Fundraisers at FOUR PAWS Austria on both strategic and operational levels
• Develop and implement Leadership Giving strategies, processes and fundraising plans, including donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship and retention strategies
• Collaborate closely with national and international teams particularly across the DACH region to ensure effective information sharing
• Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Leadership Giving
• Manage budgets, KPIs and reporting for Leadership Giving activities
• Represent FOUR PAWS Austria at partner, networking and events
• Play a key role in annual fundraising planning and ensure successful implementation of agreed fundraising initiatives
• Oversee complex donor cases and support the team in strategic donor cultivation, stewardship and relationship management
