Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Global D2C eCommerce Platform Manager to own the Magento 2/Adobe Commerce platform across 21+ markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements and market needs. You will lead feature delivery, backlog prioritization, and release management with agency partners, while guaranteeing 24/7 operations and driving performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years in eCommerce operations or product management.
Hands-on with Magento2/Adobe Commerce.
Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools and Google Analytics.

Aufgaben

Own and manage the global Adobe Commerce platform across 21+ markets.
Lead delivery of new features and improvements; backlog prioritization and release management.
Ensure 24/7 operations with incident management and issue resolution.
Drive platform performance and optimization incl. Core Web Vitals.
Contribute to the D2C eCommerce strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
Provide commercial guidance for best-in-class execution.
Monitor platform performance and provide insights to markets.
Support in preparation and presentations at global events.
