Lindt is seeking a seasoned eCommerce Operations Manager to lead our global Adobe Commerce platform across 21+ markets from our D2C team. You’ll drive feature delivery, backlog prioritization, and close collaboration with agencies, IT, Marketing, and markets.

You will ensure 24/7 platform stability, push performance improvements, and contribute to the global D2C strategy and roadmap with a strong focus on English communication and business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in eCommerce operations or product management.
• Hands-on with Magento2/Adobe Commerce and Jira/Atlassian tools.
• Strong analytics, project management, and business understanding.
• Excellent English communication skills.
