Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and execute its global cybersecurity strategy, reporting to the CIO. You will protect information, systems, and digital products while enabling secure growth and transformation.

You will lead risk management, governance, and incident response across the enterprise, strengthening security in cloud, OT, and IAM. The role demands global leadership and international collaboration, with a focus on culture and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing cybersecurity strategies and global programs.
• Experience leading global security teams and driving security culture.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute INNIO’s global cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, and security roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cyber risk management, security policies, controls, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.
• Oversee security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and cyber crisis readiness.
• Drive cybersecurity priorities across the business and ensure risks are considered in key technology and investment decisions.
• Strengthen security across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity & access management, OT, and digital products.
• Embed cybersecurity requirements into technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, acquisitions, and third-party ecosystems.
• Build and lead a high-performing global cybersecurity team, while fostering a strong security culture and awareness across the organization.
• Advise executive leadership on cyber risks, incidents, and investments, while representing INNIO in customer, regulatory, audit, and industry engagements.
