Job summary

UNIQA Insurance Group in Vienna seeks a Senior Claims Consultant (f/m/d) to translate management strategies into actionable projects and lead international claims initiatives. You will design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to improve KPI transparency and drive measurable impact across business units.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Claims International, automation, process improvements and knowledge sharing within the group.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional and international projects.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in leading cross‑functional and international projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impacts and interpret KPIs
• Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally with a focus on Claims
• Very good command of Power BI and MS Office
• Excellent English skills; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage
• High integrity, structured working style and strong problem‑solving ability
• Openness to innovative technologies and a willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in everyday work while continuously developing one's skills
