Qualifications
- Experience with chromatography systems (HPLC/IC) preferred.
- 2-3 years servicing chromatography products or equivalents advantageous.
- Strong analytical instrument curiosity and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with care teams to plan and schedule service visits.
- Install chromatography instruments and provide customer familiarization training.
- Perform preventive maintenance and instrument qualification activities.
- Troubleshoot and analyze instrument failures.
- Prepare detailed service documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to service targets including bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate service planning with dispatchers and stakeholders.
- Travel extensively within Switzerland and internationally as needed.
