Red Bull Brand Marketing GmbH seeks a Global Brand Specialist - Project Activation to drive the rollout of international brand projects and ensure local relevance. You will build scalable frameworks, create toolkits, and empower local teams worldwide to deliver outstanding brand experiences.

You will collaborate with diverse teams across Media Network, Product Marketing, On-Premise/Off-Premise, Creative Advertising and Emerging Media, shaping rollout strategies and optimizing market impact while

Formación

• Experience in student marketing/field marketing/brand marketing, project management, or strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, scalable campaign execution, and visual storytelling.
• Experience cross-functional (legal, digital, creative, on/off-prem) and across cultures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and external creative partners.
• Experience with market rollout processes and campaign toolkits.
• Passion for (Red Bull) events, ideally proven experience with Global Brand Projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• GLOBAL ACTIVATION & PROJECT ROLLOUT: lead global brand project activations across markets with scalable frameworks and local adaptation.
• STRATEGIC BRAND DEVELOPMENT: shape rollout strategies across departments and markets and contribute to student marketing strategies.
• EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: create toolkits, calendars, and guidance for flawless execution and feedback loops.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment.
• WINGS FOR LIFE WORLD RUN ACTIVATION: manage global activation in the student marketing community and EPC network across countries.
