Jabil Switzerland is seeking a Process Engineer II (m/f/d) for a 100% position to develop stable manufacturing processes and ensure robust IQ/OQ/PQ validations. Le Locle site offers a permanent role with opportunities in a global manufacturing environment.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, have experience in manufacturing engineering and process validation, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation, NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and documentation abilities.
• Languages: English and French (written and spoken).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.
• Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects.
• Design & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors.
• Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Actively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
