Thoughtworks is seeking a Principal Data Strategist for a client-facing, leadership role based in Germany with regular travel up to 50%. You will lead data strategy and governance efforts, shaping enterprise data programs and driving data-driven transformation across client projects.

You will guide senior stakeholders, build end-to-end data solutions, and grow the data strategy practice while delivering high-impact outcomes through thought leadership and hands-on delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive consultancy experience delivering data strategy and data solutions.
• Experience with data platforms and technologies; advisory for clients and cross-delivery teams.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to influence enterprise data strategy.
• Proven leadership to guide technical teams and drive projects to completion.
• Flexible across projects; leverage technical depth and leadership for impact.
• Track record of data governance policies, data lineage and quality checks.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases and shaping appropriate solutions.

• Create differentiated assets in data strategy and governance for market.
