Zühlke is seeking a Principal Data & AI Consultant to drive high-impact data and AI initiatives across client engagements in Vienna. You will lead strategic initiatives, shape transformation roadmaps, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver value while ensuring client expectations are met and relationships are strengthened.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, help shape proposals, and contribute to asset creation to scale capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Data & AI strategy initiatives and transformation roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.

• Lead data & AI projects from concept to delivery and value realization.
• Develop governance models and operating frameworks for data & AI initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and architects.
• Support pre-sales and client relationship management throughout engagements.
