Qualifikationen

• Extensive pre-sales experience driving complex pursuits and commercial proposals.
• Hands-on in at least one or two core technologies while leading a team.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design for enterprise organisations.
• Built big-data architectures and data pipelines in distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and cloud warehousing tools.
• Experience delivering real-time, low-latency data streaming solutions.
• Proficient in data governance, security policies and MLOps concepts.
• Fluent German skills (C1).

Aufgaben

• In collaboration with sales, clarify requirements and drive complex pursuits with executives.
• Set a clear vision for the data paradigm aligned with business strategy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to leverage data and data quality.
• Consult on complex data platform programs and provide client-facing leadership.
• Design and develop intricate data processing pipelines for challenging problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists on scalable model production.
• Write clean, test-driven code and support continuous delivery of pipelines.
• Shape data governance and security strategies to meet compliance needs.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team’s capability.
• Lead through influence to raise delivery standards and market presence.
