About The Role

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments that enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in German
• Owner of a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice when tone, pacing, or pronunciation feels off
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with broadcast, commercial, or character voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing software or DAW environments
