WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Porto, Portugal team onsite. You will provide empathetic support across markets, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires fluent German, C1 English, and strong communication skills, with the ability to learn and manage large information sets in a fast-paced setting.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
