WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Excellent German language skills and English at C1 are required; accommodation assistance is available, and a welcome bonus of €1,500 is paid over the first year. You will work onsite in Porto with rotating schedules.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
