Job summary

TP in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to onboard clients and manage PPC campaigns in the German market. You will build strong client relationships, tailor marketing solutions, and drive product adoption while reducing churn and identifying growth opportunities.

You will design strategic campaigns, upsell services, and maintain CRM data. A BA/BS is required, with German at native or C2 level and English fluency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native or C2-level German and fluent English.
• 2+ years in sales and/or marketing with client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Experience with CRM systems and GDPR awareness.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new German-market clients and set up high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote services to German businesses.
• Understand client objectives and tailor digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Drive growth through upselling and increasing spend.
• Maintain client database and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.
