Qualifications

• Native or C2 German; fluent English.
• 2+ years in sales/marketing with client-facing experience.
• Experience onboarding and engaging high-potential clients.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and create high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote services to German businesses.
• Understand client objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
