Avanade, a global leader in digital, cloud, and AI-driven solutions, is seeking an AI Software Engineer (Full stack, Frontend, Backend) to design, develop, and integrate AI-enabled and Generative AI-powered solutions into modern applications.

You will work hands-on across the full stack, applying AI to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value. Depending on experience, you may lead small teams and mentor colleagues within multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in software or full‑stack development.
• Hands‑on AI and Generative AI tools in application development.
• Experience deploying Generative AI agents or AI-powered features.
• Strong front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend/API development with Python, .NET Core, or Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of containers and container orchestration.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; German and English fluency mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to support automation and improved user interaction.
• Implement AI-driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate across the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
