Zusammenfassung

NXP Semiconductors Austria is seeking an FPGA Engineer to join our Digital Design team in Gratkorn. You will work on FPGA prototyping for SoC RTL design, addressing timing constraints, and performing synthesis and verification on FPGA platforms.

You will collaborate with Firmware, Software, and Toolchain teams, debug HW/SW functionality, and document the FPGA platform for internal use. A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, basic programming (C/Assembly), and RTL knowledge

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C, Assembly).
• Basic RTL design knowledge (Verilog/SystemVerilog preferred).
• Experience with FPGAs is an advantage.
• Basic circuit and PCB design know-how.
• Familiarity with computer architecture and bus protocols.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and logical analysis abilities.

Aufgaben

• Digital design on FPGA prototyping for SoC RTL design, timing constraints and synthesis.
• Verification of FPGA design, HW/SW co-validation on FPGA platform.
• Collaboration with Firmware, Software, Toolchain and other groups.
• Debugging HW/SW functionality on FPGA platform.
• Documenting the FPGA platform for usage by other SoC functions.
