NXP Semiconductors in Austria, Gratkorn, seeks a Customer Application Support engineer to drive design-in activities at customer sites, collaborate with regional support and sales teams, and provide deep technical skills and guidance to customers and the sales force during projects and definitions.

You will deliver technical product and solution trainings, create application notes and materials, share feedback to influence future roadmaps, and support customers both remotely and on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training.

• Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers
• Support customers remotely and on site
• Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers’ system definition phase
• Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects
• Deliver technical product and solution training to customers
