Job summary

Enery, a fast-growing renewable energy provider, is seeking an FP&A professional to coordinate monthly management and investor reporting. You will support budgeting across multiple countries, build robust financial models, and drive automation in planning and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset, 3+ years in FP&A, and advanced Excel skills. English proficiency is required, with knowledge of other European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly management and investor reporting with clear interpretation for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting across multiple countries and entities.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for planning and performance analysis.
• Identify gaps in processes and data flows, and implement improvements.
• Drive automation and digitalization of reports and workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Support KPI tracking and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly management and investor reporting, ensuring not only accurate data preparation but also clear interpretation of key financial insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple countries and entities, working directly with country leads and operational teams.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support business planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Identify gaps in existing processes, reporting structures, and data flows, and take ownership of implementing improvements.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives — from streamlining recurring reports to building smarter, more scalable workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools for forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Support KPI tracking and performance management across the group.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years in FP&A, controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, work confidently with data, and proactively identify more efficient ways of working.
• Open to using AI tools in day-to-day work; experience with AI-assisted tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, while maintaining a broader business perspective.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Professional proficiency in other European is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Statutory notice: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (40 hours/week) is €2.534,74. Please note that this is a legal requirement to state, but your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
