Meyandy LLC is hiring a founding-level Product Engineer to shape the next-generation AI-powered phone assistant for European SMBs. You will own features end-to-end, drive product discovery, and heavily influence architecture and customer outcomes. German proficiency is non-negotiable, and CET overlap is required.

An optional Vienna office is available for those who prefer it. The role offers a competitive salary between €80,000 and €120,000 per year, with meaningful equity and a remote-first

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of product engineering delivering end-to-end software features.
• Strong full-stack proficiency: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Native-level German fluency (Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau).
• Experience integrating software with external systems such as CRMs, calendar apps, and databases.
• Ability to gather customer feedback and translate pain points into product decisions with customers, partners, and sales.
• End-to-end development experience—from architecture choices to production deployment.

Aufgaben

• Own features end-to-end — from hypothesis and prototype through to production release.
• Lead product discovery by designing and running rapid experiments to validate ideas before large-scale builds.
• Maintain close, recurring contact with customers, partners, and the Sales team to surface pain points and translate them into product decisions.
• Design and implement tracking and analytics to support data-driven iteration.
• Build across the full stack, driving architecture decisions through to release.
• Prioritize pragmatic solutions balancing speed of validation with long-term scalability.
• Take radical ownership of initiatives and move them forward autonomously.
