NXP Semiconductors Austria is seeking a Customer Applications Engineer to join the Customer Application Support team. You will drive design-in activities at customer sites, working closely with regional support and sales teams to provide premium pre- and post-sales technical support.

The role involves delivering training, creating application notes, and contributing to product development while traveling domestically and internationally for customer support and training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers.
• Support customers remotely and on site.
• Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers’ system definition phase.
• Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects.
• Deliver technical product and solution training to customers.
