Zusammenfassung

NXP Austria is seeking an Application Engineer to help customers integrate our digital wallet and credential solutions. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, drive project success, and resolve complex technical challenges.

You will work with Product, Engineering and Sales, analyze issues, prepare integration guides, and run customer workshops. Fluent English is required, and collaboration in a global, cross-functional environment is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
