Job summary

LianLian in Vienna is seeking two motivated interns to join onsite and gain practical experience across compliance and operations. You will assist with documentation, due diligence records and keeping trackers up to date under guidance.

This supervised junior role covers AML, MiCAR and DORA concepts in a fintech setting. Ideal candidates are organised, detail-focused and eager to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and good English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Student, recent graduate or early-career applicant in fintech or operations.
• Organised and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, ask questions and take ownership of tasks.
• Good command of English; German is an advantage.
• Confidential handling of business information.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation and coordination, maintain registers and trackers.
• Assist with compliance operations and due diligence records.
• Contribute to operational resilience and manage system records.
• Handle data tasks: update spreadsheets and generate simple reports.
• Help develop processes, maps and checklists for consistency.
• Record actions and coordinate inputs across teams.
