Job summary

Allianz Holding eins is seeking an Intern in the Regional Compliance team based in Vienna to support ensuring adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements across Central Europe.

You will gain hands-on experience in compliance processes, reports, governance, and training initiatives while working with experienced professionals in a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule at ICON Towers near Vienna Central Station.

Qualifications

• University enrolment (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; quick learner; strong team player.
• Ability to work independently after initial guidance.
• Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance team in monitoring regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Contribute to compliance risk assessments and controls.
• Support policy implementation and internal governance processes.
• Help organise and document meetings, trainings, and compliance initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing compliance projects.
• Implementation of group-wide compliance policies, procedures, reporting.

Your role

As an Intern in the Regional Compliance team, you support the team in ensuring that Allianz Holding eins operates in line with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will gain hands‑on experience in compliance processes across the Central Europe region.

Monthly gross salary: 3.100 €/month on the full-time basis.
