Qualifikationen

• University enrolment (Bachelor/Master) preferably in areas of Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office skills and basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Aufgaben

• Support the Compliance team in monitoring regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations
• Contribute to compliance risk assessments and controls
• Support policy implementation and internal governance processes
• Help organise and document meetings, trainings, and compliance initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing compliance projects
• Implementation of group-wide compliance policies, procedures, reporting
