CLC Consulting is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) for a fast-growing energy infrastructure scale-up in Vienna. Fully onsite, you will own the finance function across financial accounting, controlling, reporting, liquidity management and financial processes.

You will lead month-end and year-end closes, develop reporting structures for management, monitor costs, support cash flow planning, and partner with management as a hands-on sparring partner.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance.
• Fluent German is a must, and strong English skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee financial accounting, controlling and reporting across the business.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Drive liquidity management, cash flow monitoring and planning.
• Develop and implement financial policies, processes and controls.
• Monitor costs and perform variance analysis for cost control.
• Provide financial reporting for management and decision-making.
• Act as a finance sparring partner for management.
