The Senior Finance Project Manager (m/w/d) will lead projects aimed at enhancing revenue, profitability, and cash flow for Jenbacher Services. Responsibilities include streamlining and automating service finance processes, enforcing discipline around key procedures, and validating business cases financially.

This role is based in Jenbach, Tyrol, Austria.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead projects to increase revenue, profitability, and cash flow
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue and margins
• Improve business performance through cross-functional projects
• Validate financial aspects of business cases and initiatives
• Develop project plans with clear actions and deadlines
• Engage stakeholders and map key processes, identifying risks and gaps
• Propose and implement solutions for process gaps
• Support BI redesign for better analysis and reporting
• Participate in monthly reviews, presenting project outcomes and next steps
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on complex issues
• Review and validate savings from Value Creation Programs

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Extensive financial experience
• Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational drivers
• Excellent communication and assertiveness across levels and regions
• Proficient in financial systems and Excel
