Zusammenfassung

LUMYA Living is seeking a Senior Accountant / Management Accountant to lead management reporting, statutory accounting and month-end close in Austria. You will partner with operations and external advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong controls.

The role covers cross-entity finance, payroll liaison and continuous process improvement, with a flexible work setup in Vienna. Fluency in German and English and 5–7 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter qualification is highly desirable.
• 5–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with Austrian GAAP (UGB) and Austrian tax regulations.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports independently.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain the general ledger across multiple entities.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
• Coordinate payroll activities with external provider.
• Drive internal controls and process improvements.
