Lush in Vienna is seeking a Finance & Accounts Coordinator to join our Finance/Support Team. The role covers end-to-end AP and AR, bank reconciliations and month-end support, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with shop managers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring data integrity and reliable financial reporting. Fluency in German, strong Excel skills and meticulousness are essential.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Daily posting of bank statements and cash reconciliations.

• Maintain finance master data and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and shops to resolve inquiries.
