Position Overview

AUTEFA Solutions Austria GmbH is an internationally successful company specializing in industrial plant engineering and custom machinery manufacturing. At our Linz location, we continue the long-standing tradition of the former Fehrer company and supply the global nonwovens industry with machinery and turnkey production lines.

To strengthen our Finance & Controlling team, we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in financial accounting to join us as a Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d). The position offers flexible working hours between 30 and 38.5 hours per week, depending on mutual agreement.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including payment processing and the dunning process
• Maintain and oversee fixed asset accounting
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Prepare and submit tax-related filings in a timely manner (VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, applications for foreign VAT refunds) and calculate the Chamber of Commerce levy
• Perform and monitor account reconciliations
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Serve as the main point of contact for tax advisors, authorities, banks and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
