Job summary

SKIDATA is seeking a Service Technician to install, commission and maintain parking management and access solutions in French-speaking Switzerland. You will troubleshoot operations, train customers on-site and in our Sion office, and provide clear reporting through service reports.

The ideal candidate has electronics training, strong networking and database knowledge, and excellent customer orientation. You will work autonomously with a supportive team and may join on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• CFC electronics technician or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases.
• Practical work and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
• Autonomy, flexibility and team spirit.
• Driver's license.
• Domiciled in Switzerland (preferably Lake Geneva region).

Responsibilities

• Installing, commissioning and maintaining systems in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Troubleshoot and restore plant operation.
• Support and train customers on-site and in Sion office.
• Ensure clear reporting and documentation with service reports.
• Participate in on-call service.
