Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and operation manuals; cleanroom environment PPE required.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/start-up services at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot diagnostics and isolate issues to component level to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
• Assist with field modifications and maintain records coordinating with Lam and customers.
• Represent Lam to customers, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Create customer response action plans to support needs.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to build trust.
