Job summary

Milwaukee, a brand of Techtronic Industries (TTI), is seeking a Sales Trainee in Austria to start a career in field sales. The role offers structured training (12–24 months) with hands-on field practice and national/international trainings, including sessions in London.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales role with customer contact and initiative.
• German at C2 level and English at least B1 required.
• Technical or commercial training or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn sales processes across territorial leadership, key account management, and customer service.
• Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to generate and follow up on leads.
• Advise customers on Milwaukee products and demonstrate product advantages on-site.
• Provide efficient solutions and technical support for Milwaukee offerings.
• Plan and lead cross-functional projects within the team.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and report findings, representing the company at events.
