Job summary

Alpine Metal Tech Group in Österreich sucht einen engagierten Servicetechniker für weltweite Kundeneinsätze. Sie führen Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträge vor Ort durch, analysieren Störungen und unterstützen remote.

Mit abgeschlossener technischer Ausbildung in relevanten Bereichen reisen Sie international, beraten Kunden fachkundig und arbeiten eng mit Design, Engineering und Vertrieb zusammen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im genannten Bereich.
• Bereitschaft, international zu reisen und Kunden vor Ort zu betreuen.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und kundenfokussierte Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Inspektionsaufgaben beim Kunden vor Ort weltweit.
• Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting vor Ort und per Remote-Support.
• Technische Beratung und Schulung von Kundens personnel.
• Unterstützung bei Anlagenoptimierung, Modernisierung sowie vorbeugender Instandhaltung.
• Erstellung von Service- und Einsatzberichten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Engineering und Sales.
• Klärung technischer Kundenanfragen und Mitwirkung an Angeboten.

Education

Technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau / Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik

Area of responsibility

• Carrying out service, maintenance, repair and inspection assignments at customer sites worldwide
• Analysing faults and troubleshooting issues on site and via remote support
• Providing technical advice and training to customer personnel
• Supporting plant optimisation, modernisation and preventive maintenance activities
• Clarifying technical customer enquiries and contributing to the preparation of service and spare parts quotations
• Preparing service and assignment reports and working closely with Design, Engineering and Sales

Requirements

• Completed technical education or training, such as an apprenticeship, technical college qualification or equivalent, in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
• Experience in technical service, mechanical engineering or plant engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electrical engineering
• High willingness to travel internationally for customer assignments
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work
• Confident and professional manner and enjoyment of working with international customers
• Group B driving license

The annual gross salary for the above position is at least € 41,270.00 according to the labor agreement.Your actual salary will be determined together in a personal interview based on your qualifications and experience.
