Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical, therapy support, or healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting procedures or patient care in hospital settings (e.g., cath lab, OR, ER).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

• Support Account Managers in executing therapy adoption and patient pathway implementation across hospital accounts.
• Provide clinical case support, including procedure preparation and in‑room assistance within defined scope.
• Coordinate logistical aspects to ensure high on‑time case readiness.
• Deliver product and therapy education sessions to healthcare professionals at defined levels.
• Maintain hospital presence to support physicians, nurses, and care teams during procedures.
• Capture and report field insights, feedback, and observations within timelines.
• Record activities and compliance documentation in company systems.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and adverse event reporting standards.
