Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Associate Account Manager – Peripheral Vascular to support therapy adoption in hospital accounts across Austria. You will assist with procedure preparation, in‑room support, and post‑case follow‑up, coordinating logistics to ensure timely case readiness and educating healthcare professionals on product and therapy use.

Learn more about the portfolio here: Peripheral Vascular | Stryker In this role, you will support the delivery and adoption of these therapies in real clinical settings, helping improve patient outcomes while building hands‑on clinical and commercial experience in complex hospital environments.
Travel requirement: approximately 70–80%, including overnight stays and long‑distance travel (up to approximately 60,000 km annually)
Role requires extended standing periods, use of protective equipment (including lead gear), and lifting equipment up to 20 kg
Regular exposure to clinical environments, including radiation and biological materials, in line with safety protocols

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field‑based.
Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
