Borealis in Vienna, Austria, is looking for an Expert - Digitalization - Produce to Supply to shape and govern the digital solutions for our Base Chemicals operations. You'll partner with senior management to drive strategy, architecture decisions, and innovation while ensuring operational performance across teams and partners.

In this role you will lead design, ownership of specifications for applications and platforms, and drive governance, process optimization, and change delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of IT experience in international environments.
• Proven expertise in relevant solution domains.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

As Expert - Digitalization - Produce to Supply within our Digital Solutions organization, you will act as a strategic partner supporting the development, implementation, and governance of digital solutions within the Produce to Supply domain, supporting Base Chemicals operations. You will define and safeguard the strategic application roadmap and architecture while ensuring operational performance of solutions together with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will work closely with senior management, act as application owner, and drive both innovation and operational activities in alignment with business priorities and divisional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-grade digital solutions and architectures in support of business goals.

• Deep knowledge of architecture topics (enterprise, solution, and domain) and process management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
