BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a system engineer to develop and implement interfaces to our BD solutions. You will install, configure and support interface software, provisioning VMs and MSI packages to meet project timelines.

The role requires strong problem-solving, experience with Windows servers and databases, and the ability to work in agile cross-functional teams across Europe. A willingness to travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Develop and implement system interfaces to/from BD
• Conduct technical requirements analysis of BD solutions with customers
• Install and support interface software (provision of VMs, installation of MSI files and/or turnkey solutions) to meet project timelines
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and assess project-related risks
• Comply with all policies and procedures for system engineers
• Develop solutions for a variety of moderately complex technical problems
• Ensure stability of installation for all assigned customers
• Provide product feedback, technical insights, and customer requirements to product development
• Actively comply with quality management system requirements

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or proven professional experience in IT (strong knowledge of Windows, databases, server-based solutions, VMs, network administration, or a combination)
• Experience with secure infrastructure solutions
• Experience planning and executing enterprise-scale projects following internal standards
• Experience with remote management platforms for application deployment and validation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams to implement integration requirements
• Experience working in semi-autonomous teams using agile methodologies
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent documentation quality
• Fluent in Polish and good English skills
• A third language (German or Dutch) is a plus
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally (estimated 10% overnight travel)

The exact salary depends on experience. In accordance with the collective agreement, the minimum annual salary is EUR 44,450, with a willingness to offer higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
