Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria seeks a Waiter/Waitress - Event Operations to deliver exceptional service across weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and resort events. You will work with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism under pressure, and a deep knowledge of menus and beverages to uphold Rosewood's luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service, banquets, events, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.
• Strong guest experience through personalized service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable; maintain high service standards.
• Fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, private events, banquets, and special occasions.
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of event spaces according to event requirements and Rosewood standards.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining presentation and service etiquette.
• Collaborate closely with Events, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service throughout the event experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menus, beverage offerings, and event specifications.
