Job summary

EY Europe West Pursuit and Commercial Excellence is seeking a Senior Pursuit Strategist to coach Account Teams in strategy for global/regional pursuits. You will lead bid management, shape the 'Why EY' proposition, and oversee multiple workstreams from kickoff to proposal development and oral preparations.

You will identify innovative pursuit approaches, drive pursuit readiness, and mentor Pursuit Strategists while collaborating across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Pursuit management experience.
• Significant experience developing external marketing communications.
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach account teams on pursuit strategy and provide full-service support for strategic, high-end opportunities.
• Serve as Bid Management Lead for highly complex pursuits.
• Lead overall pursuit strategy on Focus Core/Strategic opportunities when no Pursuit Leader is available.
• Facilitate pursuit strategy sessions, manage output and drive actions.
• Lead post-pursuit analysis and recommend process improvements.
