Job summary

BioTalent is partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Director, Pharmacovigilance, responsible for end-to-end safety strategy across a global product portfolio. The role offers remote work with Switzerland or Germany office locations, enabling strategic leadership across oncology, neurology, cardiovascular and immunology areas.

You will lead a PV team, drive signal management and regulatory compliance, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmacovigilance in pharma/biotech.
• Strong post-marketing safety expertise and PV strategy.
• Experience in leadership roles at global scale.
