Bybit Vienna is seeking a Compliance Lead to shape the EMI compliance framework and translate regulatory requirements into practical day-to-day controls. You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Information Security and AML to maintain a proactive risk posture in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

The role requires several years of EMI/fintech compliance experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to advise product and operations while maintaining independent judgement.

Qualifications

• Several years of compliance experience at an EMI, payment institution, fintech or comparable regulated business.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to turn them into workable controls and clear advice.
• Experience with regulatory examinations, management reporting and cross-functional work.
• Independent judgement, precise communication and the persistence to see actions through.

Responsibilities

• Develop the EMI’s compliance framework, including policies, advisory processes, controls, monitoring and reporting.
• Assess regulatory changes affecting e-money and payment services, and work with the relevant teams to implement them.
• Set a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and track findings through to resolution.
• Advise Product, Operations and management on new offerings, processes and outsourcing arrangements.
