wienerberger is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to advance the Group Compliance Program, manage the whistleblowing system, and oversee risk assessments within a dynamic, international group. This role offers opportunities to influence governance and culture across our global operations.

You will implement policy updates, monitor regulatory developments, train staff and collaborate with functions to embed compliant practices across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in law, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management.
• Strong understanding of laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and enhance the Group Compliance Program and Compliance Management System.
• Manage the Group Whistleblowing System, case management and reporting.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and support mitigating measures.
• Monitor effectiveness of controls and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and review Group policies, guidelines and standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement requirements.
• Promote ethics, integrity and accountability across the organisation.
• Collaborate with functions to embed compliance in day-to-day operations.
