The role requires a law/business background with 3-5 years in compliance or risk management, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication to collaborate across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and risk identification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High integrity, sound judgment and commitment to ethical conduct.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and enhancement of the Group Compliance Program and Compliance Management System.
• Coordinate and improve the Group Whistleblowing System, including case management and reporting.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and support mitigation measures.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and review Group policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of requirements.
• Promote ethics, integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with business functions to embed compliance in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support internal investigations as required.
• Provide advice, training and support to employees on compliance matters.
