Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION GmbH is seeking an experienced GRC Manager (f/m/x) to own and shape our Governance, Risk and Compliance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will establish group-wide governance, risk controls, and compliance programs while partnering with the Executive Board and legal/quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in compliance/risk/governance, a degree in law or related field, and fluency in German and English. On-site role at Vienna Airport City with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management or governance.
• A degree in law, business administration, engineering or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in developing governance structures, policies and control systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to build structures from the ground up.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and hierarchy levels.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Shape and enhance the group’s governance structure and policy framework.
• Establish and maintain a group-wide compliance management system.
• Monitor and improve the internal control system.
• Develop a group-wide risk management framework with regular reporting.
• Drive ESG policy and related corporate processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to embed GRC requirements in daily processes.
• Prepare the group for increasing GRC requirements as the business scales internationally.
