Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years selling B2B technology — cloud, managed services, or IT outsourcing.
• Enough technical depth to outline a credible solution before architects.
• Familiarity with Swiss regulatory context — FINMA RS 2018/3, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001.
• Proven track record of winning new logos with names and numbers.
• Fluent French and English.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and open doors across sectors, especially regulated IT areas.
• Run discovery meetings and identify real business pain.
• Build compelling proposals yourself and own the process.
• Close deals ranging from CHF 100k to 2M+ ARR.
• Maintain a clean pipeline, honest forecasts, and strong follow-through.
